    Our Minfeng and Dazhu mines are developed through adits, with rail haulage and LHD loaders underground, under the rule of safety first.

    Haulage

    Ore travels by road from the mines to the plant, where it is stockpiled and blended for a steady, continuous feed.

    Jaw crushing

    Jaw crushers and screens reduce the ore to size and grade it, feeding the sorters, the mills and the dry-milling line.

  4. Sorting

    Optical sorting

    Optical sorters have replaced hand-picking. High-grade lumps become lump fluorspar — our 85-grade goes straight to steel mills and other buyers. The rest goes on to grinding and flotation, and barren rock is sold as construction aggregate.

  5. Grinding

    Grinding

    Ball mills with spiral classifiers grind the ore to the right fineness and send the slurry to flotation.

  6. Flotation

    Flotation

    The flotation line runs one rougher and three scavenger stages to produce high-grade concentrate at up to 98% CaF₂.

    Filtration

    Filter presses and vacuum disc filters dewater the concentrate into wet fluorspar concentrate.

    Drying

    Wet concentrate is air-dried in the drying hall; the drying line turns it into low-moisture dried concentrate, 70–80 mesh.

    Dry milling

    Our large dry-milling line grinds and classifies fluorspar into 50–325 mesh powder across grades from 70% to 98% CaF₂.

    Assay

    Our laboratory tests every lot for CaF₂, SiO₂, sulphur and phosphorus so that what leaves the gate matches the contract.
